OAC Awarded 2017 Excellence in Partnership Award for Education and Training

The Optimizing Aging Collaborative at UCSF (OAC) has been selected to receive the 2017 Excellence in Partnership Award for Education and Training by the UCSF Center for Community Engagement. The Co-Principal Investigators, Louise Walter, MD and Anna Chodos, MD, MPH , Director Alicia Neumann, PhD, MPA, and OAC's community partners will receive the award at a celebration on Oct 19th. This acknowledges OAC's work as a citywide partnership of community organizations, social service agencies, and primary care health systems collaborating to provide geriatrics education, primary care-geriatrics integration,, and patient, family and caregiver education and engagement.
