AFED Consult Team Presents at Felton Institute

Anna Hines, FNP, Mary-Anne Cabasagan, MSW, and Mitchel Erickson, DNP, ACNP, (with Kevin Sullivan-Cheah, Program Director) were asked by the Felton Institute to present at their monthly staff meeting of 80 professionals across their organization on December 1st, 2025. The AFED Consult Team representatives were asked to speak about Dementia, Delirium, and Depression - Their Assessment and Next Steps in Resources and Care Partner Support for over an hour and a half. This was part of the AFED Consult Team's ongoing commitment to represent the Division of Geriatrics and UCSF Health's partnership with community agencies and service in coordinating care for our older adults.
