The Age-Friendly Health System (AFHS) team, including Philip Garcia, MS, RN, Melody Luo, MPH, Stephanie Rogers, MD, and James Harrison, PhD are excited to announce the installation of the Age-Friendly Health System 4Ms banners across Parnassus Hospital, near the Moffitt and Long elevators! The AFHS team is actively sharing these banners to engage patients, families, and frontline staff in understanding the importance of the 4Ms model of care for older adults, as we prepare for upcoming CMS Medicare Inpatient Quality Reporting metrics.
