Angela Suen Receives ASCENT Research Scholar Award to Investigate Supportive Care Needs of Older Adults with COPD

Congratulations to Angela Suen, MD, on receiving the ASCENT Research Scholar Award. The award will support her research exploring how supplemental oxygen affects the quality of life and supportive care needs of older adults living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Through this work, Dr. Suen aims to better understand the experiences of older adults with COPD and identify opportunities to improve patient-centered care and support.
