Anna Chodos Delivers Grand Rounds on Partnering With Family Caregivers at Northwestern

On December 9th, Anna Chodos, MD, MPH gave Grand Rounds at the Division of Geriatrics at the Northwestern University on "Caregivers as Partners: Enhancing Patient Care Through Collaboration". The talk focused on the work she and her team are doing through Caregivers as Partners in Care Teams to train health care teams in how to include family caregivers in care.
