Annalies S. Hines Awarded Patient Experience Grant to Enhance Age-Friendly Emergency Care

Congratulations to Annalies S. Hines NP, MPH (Age-Friendly Emergency Department NP) for receiving a $2,000 Patient Experience Fund award to help support non-pharmacologic interventions to promote comfort and reduce stress to older adults in the emergency room! This initiative will significantly enhance patient care by providing compassionate, tailored support that addresses the unique needs of older adults. It will also contribute to quality improvement efforts by promoting a more holistic and patient-centered approach in the emergency department.
