Annual Welcome Picnic: A Day to Remember!

On Saturday, August 29, our Division came together for the Annual Welcome Picnic at the picturesque Presidio Outpost Meadow, and it was a day to remember! Once the morning fog cleared, the perfect weather set the stage for a vibrant and fun-filled event. Many children (and a few wonderful dogs!) joined the festivities, with highlights including spirited games of tug-o-war that had everyone laughing and cheering. We shared delicious food from Early Bird Tacos, captured a Division photo, and enjoyed the beauty of the Presidio while connecting with new faculty, their families, and one another. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, joy, and a sense of community, which made the day truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Landon Haller and Amber Ngan for their incredible work in organizing every detail, from setting up games to keeping the space and food perfectly arranged. Your efforts ensured a flawless event, and we are so grateful for all that you do. Here’s to many more moments of togetherness and celebration in the year ahead!
