John King Senior Community offers 91 affordable apartments for individuals and households earning less than 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The community includes a dedicated center for older adults and is designed not only to expand affordable housing options, but also to enhance quality of life through supportive services and meaningful social connections.
Residents have access to services such as Meals on Wheels, an adult day social center, and resident gardens.
