This week's "Bay Area Older Adult Community Resource of the week" to be featured is Seniors at Home.
Seniors at Home offers the Skyview Day Club, a vibrant welcoming program for adults with memory impairment. This program takes place over zoom Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm PST, however you may log in whenever it is convenient for you. Zoom meetings start with greetings and positive news articles, followed by live a musical performance, and light chair exercise, among many other activities. Participation is free!
