SteppingStone is a San Francisco nonprofit providing adult day health care for older adults and adults with disabilities, helping them stay healthy, active, and independent. They operate three centers, including Golden Gate, Mabini, and Mission Creek, which serve residents citywide. Each center provides care management, medication assistance, health screenings, caregiver support, and coordination of medical and social services.
