Brie Williams and Leann Bertsch Publish White Paper for The Justice Collaborative Institute

Brie Williams, MD, MS and Leann Bertsch, JD, the Director of the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, published a White Paper for The Justice Collaborative Institute entitled “No Excuses: Governors Must Pursue Decarceration Along with Investments in Reentry Services” which emphasizes the importance of pairing decarceration with a substantial investment in reentry services.
