A Call to Action: Helping the Camp Fire Survivors
Sarah Ngo, on behalf of UCSF Division of Geriatrics, is working with the UCSF Clinical Research Coordinators Council and SF Fire Department organize donation drives to help Camp Fire survivors. We know older adults are one of the most vulnerable populations, but with the devastation survivors must experience, it would be wonderful to help them by making individual donations.
According to SFFD, the following is a list of items needed. All of the items must be new:
- Adult Pajamas
- Adult Diapers
- Socks
- Slippers
- Denture Containers
- Hair products: brushes, combs
Donations will be delivered to the SF Fire Department by Monday, December 24, 2018 and will be put to good use.
