Celebrating Community at the Final Kathleen Foley Palliative Care Retreat

Several members of our Division — Drs. Lingsheng Li, Eric Widera, Krista Harrison, Ken Covinsky, Rebecca Sudore, Brie Williams, Alex Smith, Ashwin Kotwal, and Lauren Hunt — had the wonderful opportunity to attend the 18th and final Kathleen Foley Palliative Care Retreat in Banff. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, the group hiked scenic trails, spotted elk, painted landscapes, and most importantly, cherished meaningful time together as part of the Geri-Pal community. It was a memorable experience of reflection, connection, and celebration of the field’s shared mission.
