Elaine Chow is being recognized for her outstanding efforts navigating the challenges of the Oracle Cloud HR Application launch while ensuring the needs of our trainees continued to be met. Her meticulous work remapping fellows’ schedules, along with her management of onboarding, recruitment, and reporting during peak fellowship periods, has greatly improved efficiency and earned deep appreciation from leadership.

Paula Sison is being recognized for her exceptional work as HR Staff Liaison during the transition to the Oracle Cloud HR Application. Paula skillfully navigated complex HR challenges, helped ensure payroll accuracy, and managed urgent needs despite system limitations. Her willingness to step in for colleagues and generously share her expertise has made her an invaluable resource to the team.

Caroline Ziesmer is being recognized for her exceptional dedication in mastering the complexities of the Oracle Cloud HR Application and ensuring timely academic appointment renewals, payroll accuracy, and prompt resolution of payroll issues. Her proactive approach and commitment to sharing knowledge have strengthened team efficiency and provided critical support throughout this challenging transition.
