Courtney Gordon completed 2024 UCSF LeAP program

Courtney Gordon, DNP, recently completed the 2024 UCSF Leadership Academy for the Advanced Practice Provider (LeAP) program. Courtney started the program in March 2024, which included monthly 4-hour leadership sessions, two executive coaching sessions, a leader shadowing experience, and completed an evidenced-based practice project proposal entitled "Standardization of NP Student Rotation in Care at Home."
