Dementia Care Aware has launched in-person trainings for their cognitive health assessment

The Dementia Care Aware team has launched in-person trainings across the state for its cognitive health assessment. They are excited to be working with great partners like Dr. Maryam Rahimi who recently led a training with Southland Integrated Health.
