Please join the Dementia Care Aware initiative’s next Zoom webinar, “The Cognitive Health Assessment - Assessing and Connecting with the Caregiver” on February 7, 2023, from 12 to 1 p.m.  

Wagahta Semere, MD, Assistant Professor of Medicine at UCSF in the Division of General Internal Medicine and a primary care provider in the Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, and Joseph Herrera, MSW, Social Worker at the University of Southern California/Rancho Los Amigos California Alzheimer Disease Center, will speak about assessing and connecting with the caregiver of a person living with dementia.  

Participants of the live webinar are eligible to receive one Continuing Medical Education (CME) and California Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) credit.
