Dementia Care Aware team attends Walk to End Alzheimer's in SF Event

This past weekend, the Dementia Care Aware team attended the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in San Francisco. A total of 275 teams and 2,337 participants joined this walk on Saturday morning to support those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Thank you to the Alzheimer’s Association for putting on such an important event!
