Dementia Care Aware team presented at the Georgia Memory Net Annual Summit

Key members of the Dementia Care Aware team, Heather Schickedanz, MD, Freddi Segal-Gidan, PA, PhD, Clara Park, MPA, Anna Chodos, MD, MPH, Laura McEntire, LCSW, presented at the Georgia Memory Net Annual Summit on June 21^st. The Summit was attended by over 100 individuals who are part of Georgia Memory Net, which is a statewide program dedicated to the early diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The keynote presentation was an overview of the DCA initiative as California’s dementia care network model and its emphasis on screening and outreach to primary care providers.
