Dementia Care Aware would like to invite you to the second webinar in Dementia Cara Aware series. 

On September 27, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., the Department of Health Care Services and University of California, San Francisco, will co-host the second virtual Dementia Care Aware webinar, “The Impact of Early Detection in Primary Care.”  

Executive Director Dr. Anna Chodos will lead a presentation on the benefits of early detection for patients, caregivers, and the health care team and how this can empower us in caring for people living with dementia.  

We are especially pleased to welcome the following guest speakers:
