Lens Study Led by Melisa Wong Receives NCI R37 Award

Melisa Wong, MD, MAS, AGSF's Lens Study R37has officially received its Notice of Award from the NCI. Co-Investigators, Louise Walter, MD and Alex Smith, MD, MPH, MS, along with the Pepper Center, were instrumental in the development of this project. This five-year grant (8/25/25–7/31/30) will support efforts to develop and validate prediction models for function, cognition, and quality of life in older adults with advanced lung cancer.
