Lingsheng Li Leads Arts-Based Learning Session for Geriatrics Fellows

Lingsheng Li, MD, MHS facilitated a reflective, arts-based didactic session with the Geriatric Medicine fellows. Together, they read Dear Mr. G, a beautiful picture book about an intergenerational friendship told through a series of letters, and Of Tigers and Time Bandits, a charmingly illustrated memoir about a daughter learning to cope with her mother’s sudden dementia diagnosis. The session also included a visual storytelling activity, where fellows created their own 4-panel comic journals inspired by Wendy MacNaughton.
