Maxine Davis to Present Poster at AAMC GBA/GIP 2020 Joint Spring Meeting

Maxine Davis, UCSF Geriatrics Division Manager will present a poster entitled, Development and Implementation of a Clinical Management Program (CAMP), at the AAMC Group on Business Affairs (GBA)/Group on Institutional Planning (GIP) 2020 Joint Spring Meeting April 21-24, 2020 at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco, CA.  Maxine was one of five Department of Medicine Managers (Annie Droste, MPA, Clarice Estrada, MPA, Maria Novelero, MA, MPA, Jon Rueter, MBA) who developed and led a training program in 2018-2019 focused on clinical revenue management, including understanding the organizational structure of the health system, the budget process and how it ties into the division’s finances, the funds flow model, other key components of clinical finance, reporting tools, and more.  Maxine is co-leading the course with Jon Rueter for the 2^nd cohort in 2019-2020.
