Rebecca Sudore, MD, presented at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Grand Rounds on “Designing a Better Care Experience: The Evolution of Care Planning: Improving Workflows & Measurement” on December 3, 2025. She also presented during the Annual Wellness Visit Roundtable on December 11, 2025, on how to improve care planning during AWVs.
