Brie Williams, Professor of Medicine and Director of the Criminal Justice and Health Program at UCSF, and Donald Specter, Executive Director of the Prison Law Office, will share their experiences partnering with Norway to bring criminal justice stakeholders and frontline staff to Norway to learn about Norway’s approach to incarceration.
Norwegian Correctional Leaders, Kim Ekhaugen, Tom Eberhardt and Harald Føsker,
will describe the Norwegian Correctional Service, its commitment to humanity and their perspectives on the potential power of their partnership with the Criminal Justice and Health Program at UCSF.
