Sei Lee Receives NIH K24 Award to Advance Individualized Care for Older Adults

Congratulations to Sei Lee, MD, MAS on receiving an NIH K24 award from the National Institute on Aging (NIA). This 5-year Midcareer Investigator Award in Patient-Oriented Research will support Dr. Lee’s important work focused on individualizing care for hospitalized older adults, including those with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. Dr. Lee’s project aligns with key NIA strategic priorities, including developing interventions to maintain health and well-being, advancing our understanding of neurodegenerative diseases and the aging brain, and disseminating research findings to both the scientific community and the public. This award also reflects Dr. Lee’s dedication to mentoring the next generation of researchers in patient-oriented aging research.
