Ale Tello and Gina Lima Selected for DOM Mentor Development Program

Congratulations to Ale Tello (Program Manager, Dementia Care Aware Program) and Gina Lima (Associate Director, Caregivers As Partners in Care Teams [CAP-CT] Program) for being selected to participate in the DOM Mentor Development Program! This first-of-its-kind program is designed to develop the next generation of staff leaders across the Department of Medicine by strengthening skills in mentorship, coaching, communication, feedback, leadership presence, navigating change, and career development. Ale and Gina were selected for their demonstrated leadership potential, commitment to professional growth, and dedication to making a positive impact at UCSF.
