NEXT Village SF provides a broad array of services to support older adults in San Francisco’s northeast neighborhoods, helping them stay connected, active, and cared for as they age. Beyond offering transportation, friendly visitor programs, home repairs, and social events, NEXT Village helps individuals recently discharged from the hospital by arranging for apartment clean-ups, assistance with online grocery and meal delivery services, and transportation to follow-up medical appointments. Volunteers are also coordinated to conduct well-being checks and assist with other necessary tasks.
