Brie Williams, MD, MS, Cyrus Ahalt, MPP, and Nickolas Zaller, PhD (University of Arkansas) along with leadership team members Ken Covinsky, MD, MPH and Paula Braveman, MD, MPH were awarded a R24 from the NIH National Institute on Aging.  The goal of the project titled “Health Disparities Research in Aging: The Aging Research in Criminal Justice & Health (ARCH) Network” is to develop a national, multi-disciplinary community of emerging and established researchers to catalyze and support research and interventions designed to improve health and social outcomes in the growing population of criminal justice-involved older adults. Feel free to pass the news along to anyone – from any specialty or life experience - who might be interested in becoming part of the ARCH Network!
