CAH Hosted Annual Day of Remembering Event

The Care at Home team hosted its annual Day of Remembering this week to honor the patients they’ve cared for who have passed. Patient family members and members of the Care at Home team gathered in community to share stories, reflect on cherished memories, and celebrate the lives of their loved ones. The event offered a meaningful space for connection, remembrance, and healing, underscoring the enduring bonds formed through compassionate care.
