Daphne Lo Leads SFVAHCS HBPC Program to an Outstanding Join Commission Survey Result

Daphne Lo, MD, Medical Director of the SFVAHCS HBPC Program, led her three teams to an outstanding Joint Commission Survey result!  Among other words of praise, the Home Care surveyor told the VA leadership team that she had never seen such an engaged, knowledgeable medical director in all her years of surveying VA HBPC programs.
