Dr. Anna Chodos Presents on Dementia Care at CalAIM Seminar, Highlights UCSF Policy Paper on Best Practices

On August 6, Anna Chodos, MD, MPH presented on a panel moderated by the Archstone Foundation at the California Association of Health Plans' seminar on "CalAIM: What is Next for Enhanced Care Management and Community Service".  She presented on the policy paper she authored with fellow UCSF colleagues Dr. Helen Chen, Jackie Buente, LCSW, and Ashley Johnson, NP, on "How CalAIM Supports Best Practices in Dementia Care."
