Dr. Pei Chen received $70,000 from a Grateful Patient Family Member

Dr. Pei Chen received $70,000 from a grateful patient family member to continue the Interprofessional Learning Community pilot in UCSF Center for Geriatric Care for the next 2 years with the goals to become self-sustainable and disseminate to other primary care practices in UCSF.  This interprofessional learning community provides opportunity for the geriatrics fellow, pharmacy resident and student, social work intern, and law students to learn together and provide longitudinal and comprehensive care to older adults in UCSF Center for Geriatric Care.
