The Golden Compass Program Team Receive Two Recent Grants to Support Programming

The Golden Compass Program Team, led by Dr. Meredith Greene and based at Ward 86 at ZSFG, received 2 recent grants to support programming: 1) The ZSFG Foundation Hearts grant, titled “Honoring the Past and Innovating the Future of HIV Care” provides support to exercise and educational classes for older adults living with HIV and will create a permanent display of the AIDS Quilt in the hospital lobby.  2) a HRSA/Ryan White Part D supplemental award focused on enhancing services to older women living with HIV across the Family Service Network.

The Golden Compass Program is a program focused on HIV and aging based at Ward 86 focused on “helping older adults with HIV navigate their Golden Years”
