Leah Witt Gives Advance Care Planning Presentation

Leah Witt, MD gave a presentation about advance care planning at the Pulmonary Ambulatory virtual meeting on 3/27 and at the entire Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care virtual meeting on 3/30. She created this presentation with Rebecca Sudore, MD, and the primary goal was to encourage outpatient providers to focus on ACP in upcoming visits, which is particularly critical during the COVID-19 pandemic.
