Dr. Rebecca Sudore was awarded a PCORI Eugene Washington Engagement Award with Honoring Choices Pacific  Northwest, to build stakeholder capacity to disseminate the PREPARE program and PREPARE Washington easy-to-read Advance Directive in Washington State.
