Todd James Gave Talk to UCSF Pharmacy Grand Rounds

Todd James, MD gave a talk to UCSF Pharmacy Grand Rounds on October 19, 2021 entitled “Geriatric Assessment in an Age-Friendly Emergency Department”. Using the Age-Friendly ED (AFED) program as a model, Dr. James gave a review of geriatric syndromes and geriatric assessment, describing common screening tools for older adults, and how pharmacists collaborate with the team.
