UCSF Division of Geriatrics is Recruiting for a Clinician Educator to Join Our Faculty

The UCSF Division of Geriatrics is currently recruiting for the position of Clinician Educator in the Division of Geriatrics. The appointment will be made at the level of Assistant, Associate or full Professor of Medicine in the clinical or clinical X series. Candidates should be ABIM certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine as well as in Geriatrics. This position will focus on inpatient Geriatrics, including clinical care on the Parnassus Acute Care for Elders (ACE) Unit, Geriatric-Orthopedic Hip Fracture Co-management Service and Geriatrics Inpatient Consult Service. Academic time will include teaching trainees and building an inpatient volunteer program to reduce delirium in the hospital. We are interested in candidates who want to join a mission-driven Division focused on transforming health care to optimize aging and improve well-being—no matter an individual's health or situation.
