Theresa A. Allison, MD, PhD, was awarded a UCSF Osher Integrative Dementia Pilot Award through the Resource Allocation Program (RAP). This pilot study will examine the potential for music to improve quality of life in dementia caregiving relationships.
Edgar Pierluissi, MD has been named a 2018 Master Clinician in the Department of Medicine. The Council of Master Clinicians was established by the UCSF Department of Medicine to honor members of our faculty whose main professional focus is clinical care, and who provide such care with uncommon skill and grace.
