As of May, San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) launched a new Online Resource Directory to improve access to community services and programs for older adults, caregivers, and healthcare providers. The platform helps connect patients with essential resources by ZIP code and is now available on our Geriatrics website under Community Resources.
