Dementia Care Aware Expands Community Impact with 80+ Free Screenings at 2026 Alter Dementia Summit

Dementia Care Aware partnered with Alter Dementia, and SageNavigator to provide more than 80 free cognitive screenings to community participants at the 2026 Alter Dementia Summit in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of the 100 Minds Cognitive Screening Project.
