Drs. Kim, Haddock, and Yukawa awarded MZHF-Community + UCSF Mount Zion grant

Drs. Candace Kim, Lindsey Haddock, and Michi Yukawa were awarded the MZHF-Community + UCSF Mount Zion grant for $100k in support of their initiative to improve transitions of care between UCSF Mount Zion and San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living following hip fracture repair. This grant will fund clinical time for geriatrics fellows at SFCJL, the development of a transitions of care curriculum, and assessment of the trainee’s educational experience.
