Drs. Rogers and Judson selected as Medical co-Directors of Adult Care Transitions

Dr. Stephanie Rogers and Dr. Timothy Judson have been selected as Medical co-Directors of Adult Care Transitions at UCSF Health. Dr. Rogers and Dr. Judson will be working to develop a systematic and patient-centered approach to improving post-acute programs and readmissions. Their position started February 1^st.
