Michi Yukawa and Mike Harper Recognized by NBME for Key Contributions to USMLE Development

Michi Yukawa, MD and Mike Harper, MD received a shout-out from the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) for their contributions to the NBME individual and school-based exams and the US Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE).  Dr. Michi Yukawa developed and reviewed the test questions and cases that form the USMLE as part of the USMLE Chronic Care Test Material Development Committee.  Dr. Mike Harper served on the USMLE Legal/Ethics Task Form which determines the most pertinent topics in the areas of Legal, Ethical and Professionalism that are appropriate for testing across the USMLE examination series as well as revises the content outline and provides guidance to item writers assigned to develop questions on these topics.
