Amy Byers, PhD, MPH, Receives Senior Research Career Scientist Award

Congratulations to Amy Byers, PhD, MPH, on receiving a seven-year VA Research Career Scientist renewal award! This award recognizes Amy as a Senior Research Career Scientist and will support the continuation of her important research focused on suicide-risk detection and prevention among older Veterans.

Dr. Byers is a Professor in the UCSF Division of Geriatrics and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, as well as a Research Career Scientist at the San Francisco VA Health Care System.
