Gina Lima’s CAP-CT Presentation Voted “Best of Showcase” at 2025 CCGG Research Showcase

UCSF Program Manager, Gina Lima, presented on Caregivers As Partners in Care Teams (CAP-CT) at the 2025 California Council on Gerontology & Geriatrics (CCGG) Research Showcase. The session was voted Best of Showcase in the Dementia/Alzheimer’s track! Led by Anna Chodos, MD, MPH, CAP-CT is a national training program that provides health care teams with the skills and confidence to include family caregivers in a patient’s care journey. Highlighting CAP-CT’s training and outcomes at CCGG was especially fitting as November is National Family Caregivers Month!
