UCSF Age-Friendly Team Celebrates Melody Luo’s Impact and Bids a Fond Farewell

The UCSF Age-Friendly Health System team is sad to say goodbye to our outstanding QI Coordinator, Melody Luo, MPH, whose compassion, leadership, and dedication to older adults have left a lasting mark on our community. Melody played a key role in reviving the UCSF ACE Unit Volunteer and ACE-ercise programs and has inspired countless colleagues and volunteers, including ACE Unit volunteer Yvette Martin, who recently shared a heartfelt tribute celebrating Melody’s mentorship and impact. As Melody moves to Southern California to be closer to family and continue her QI work at Kaiser, her positivity and contributions will be deeply missed and warmly remembered.
