UCSF Celebrates Dorla Cantu: Longest-Serving Volunteer Brings Joy and Comfort to ACE Unit Patients

Dorla Cantu, our longest serving volunteer on UCSF's ACE unit (over 8 years) makes a huge difference for our patients!  Recently a patient said Dorla "had visited me this morning and that she was so very kind and friendly.  She was truly a bright spot in my day and I appreciated Dorla's visit.  She provided a newspaper for me to read, and a journal for me to keep notes.  I was already putting the journal to good use and was enjoying reading the newspaper."  Thank you for everything you do, Dorla!
