Congratulations to Drs. Stacy Han and Jaime Rosenthal, Incoming Care at Home Fellowship Site Directors

We are delighted to announce that Drs. Stacy Han and Jaime Rosenthal have been selected as our next Geriatrics Fellowship Site Directors for Care at Home Teaching effective July 1, 2026. We also want to thank Dr. Deepa Dharmarajan for all her great work during the past 4 years in this leadership role. As Co-Directors, Drs. Han and Rosenthal will precept our Geriatrics/GeriPal Fellows during their 4-week house calls rotation in the UCSF Care at Home Program and precept those fellows who have longitudinal patient panels in UCSF Care at Home. They also will oversee the fellows' clinical and didactic teaching focused on home-based medical care skills, knowledge and systems-based practice as well as evaluation of the fellows’ educational experiences in Care at Home.
